The idea of your vampires whipping out surprise Flamethrowers and Sengir Daggers whenever they are blocked is a fun one, but doesn't seem to work so well in practice. This is basically an Intercept-Aggravated Damage deck. The primary disciplines are Auspex, Celerity, and Obfuscate. You keep bleeding your prey and hoping he will block so you can put his minions in torpor, and you also intercept either your predator or prey at opportune times.
It's dangerous enough to be a threat even to a rush-combat deck, but a Potence/Immortal Grapple deck will probably wear you down and put more of your vampires in torpor than you can torporize in exchange. The other problem with this deck is that it lacks bleeding power, which is probably its critical weakness.
